Access: Eastbound I-84 - Take Bridal veil exit # 28. Folow the signs .1 mile to the Historic Columbia River Highway. Go left on highway for 5.5 miles to the parking lot on the north side of the highway. Westbound I-84 - Take Ainsworth State Park exit # 35 and follow the Historic Columbia River Highway west for 2 miles.

Description: The trail starts out right next to Horsetail falls and starts switchbacking up the side of the hill. Once at top, the trail levels out and turns back to the creek. Ponytail Falls comes into view and the trail descends to go behind the waterfall through a cavern.

Features: For a longer hike continue another .8 miles to triple falls.
